    re: Construction of a new Sprouts grocery at Hampton and Fort Worth Avenue. 

    Sprouts had proposed a design for a new grocery at this location, and was denied, citing non-compliance with City Planning codes.

    A Dallas Morning News editorial criticizes the decision:
