6:30 pm: Bring the meeting to order

Guest Speaker:  Melissa Parent, Chief Planner – Conservation Districts:  Discuss the "next steps" for Wynnewood North now that our Determination of Eligibility is in review.

·  The upcoming pre-application neighborhood meetings.

·  The tentative timeline for the remainder of 2026.

·  How residents can participate in shaping the planning process.
