Wynnewood North Neighbors,

Would you enjoy a fun way to get to know the great people who call the rest of North Oak Cliff home?  North Oak Cliff Happy Hour is a series of free gatherings hosted at private homes that we are all welcome to attend.  This is a wonderful way to build a great sense of community with our other Oak Cliff friends and neighbors!  Take a bottle of wine with you to share, run into people you already know, and make some fun new friends.  No need to RSVP.

On January 29, our host, Mike Helfand will be turning 60! Sarah, Mike's wife, recently went on a medical mission trip to Guatemala and discovered the village school had no books in the library. They want to change that, so if you'd like to celebrate Mike's birthday, please bring elementary age Spanish books. These are available at Amazon, Half Price Books, Dallas Library book sales and Wal-Mart. This is not required.

No need to RSVP, just show up with a bottle of wine to share. Feel free to invite a friend or neighbor that might have been left off the invitation list.

I need hosts for February 5, 26, March 4 and 11. Please volunteer if you'd like to keep this going. I provide glasses, name tags and door mat. You provide simple snacks. If you absolutely can't host at your house, please talk to me about you providing food and having it at my house.
