ABOUT the program

Yard of the Month is a recognition program designed to promote community and to create an appealing neighborhood for all residents and visitors of Wynnewood North. A beautiful yard is contagious, increases property values, and decreases crime. 

nomination

At the end of each month, neighbors receive an email stating  that nominations are open. The email contains a link to our nomination portal, which you can also find here. Simply submit the house number and street name or the yard you believe deserves recognition. 

If you do not have access to our website, you can contact a board member to suggest a nominee.

Nominations received outside of the nomination period will considered the following month. 

Selection 

In selecting the monthly winner, the following items are considered:

The Beautification Committee reviews the nominees and selects a winner from submitted yard. A home is only eligible once per year to win the award.

Awards & RECOGNITION

The winning yard gets bragging rights for the month and a $30 gift card. We display a recognition sign in the front yard, publish a photo on our website, and mention the winner in our newsletter and quarterly meeting.
